Stevi was a wonderful son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was a person who brought joy and happiness to everyone around him. He was kind and loving. He had a passion for life and a curiosity for learning new things. He loved his music deeply. He wrote and performed his own music and was proud of what he created, as it came from his heart and soul.

He was always there to lend a hand or give a hug to anyone who needed it. He had a generous spirit that made him always think of others before himself. He was quick with a joke and kept everyone laughing. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Stevi was preceded in death by his father James Quail. He is survived by his mother, Deborah Veryzer, his sister's Kerri and Lindsay, his brother's, James, Lawrence, Kyle, Anthony, Robert, Jonathan, and Joseph. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews and cousins, whom he loved dearly.
