Ronald Yagud

Ronald "Ron or Ronny" Yagud was born the son of Mack Yagud and Jean Feldman Yagud on July 7, 1933 in Jamaica, NY.

Ronald Graduated from Jamaica High School in 1951. Shortly after, he was drafted to the United States Army and served from 1953 to 1955 with an honorable discharge.

Ronald moved to Oxnard, CA where he met his wife Basilia Diaz Salazar. They married on October 5, 1973 in Las Vegas, NV.

Ronald and Basilia returned to Jamaica, NY where their children were born. Several years later they moved to Long Island (Carle Place, NY).

Ronald had a passion for cooking and was always ready to prepare a meal. He was also an avid horse racing fan.

Ronald survived by his wife Basilia, his son Daniel and his fiancé Dorothy, his son Roland and his wife Kelly, his son Gene and his wife Seema, and his step daughter Sonia and her husband Alberto.

He also survived by his grandchildren Steffie and her husband Erik, Mitzy and her fiancé Christian, Alexander, Spencer, Logan and Connor; his great-grandchildren Valentino, Sebastian, Penelope, Abigail, and Oliver; and nieces and nephews Nanci, Darren and Cody.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his siblings Irving and Eleanor and niece Eydie.

In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held. His desire was to live on in the memories of his family.
