June was born on June 13th, 1949 in the beautiful West Indies island of Trinidad & Tobago and peacefully transitioned home on April 27th, 2023. June was the loving wife of Christopher Mark for 45 years and devoted mother to Malika (Tarver), Malissa (Mark) and Michelle (Samlal). Treasured grandmother of Daijah (Marshall), Satiya (Samlal), Samiyah (Samlal), Shaila-Renee (Samlal) and Kendell II (Samlal).

June loved to "lime" with family and friends enjoying as much laughter as possible with her laughter being the most infectious in the room.

She enjoyed cooking for family gatherings and holidays, making her famous sweet bread and rum cake for all, going shopping at Macy's and extending her loving and caring nature to everyone.

She had a smile that would light up the room and surely will be missed by all, heaven has gained a truly beautiful angel.
