Harold "Chip" James Ash III, 75, passed away on May 17, 2024. He was born on October 12, 1948, in Queens, NY and raised in Great Neck, NY. Harold was an Eagle Scout, attended St. Mary's High School, St. John's University and was a U.S. Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a loving father of Elizabeth and James. Proud grandfather of Logan, Alexander, Jude, Grayson, Julia and Abram. Harold was a corporate sales executive with 3M, Jacuzzi Whirlpool and Iams Company for over 30 years and loved the Jets, Yankees and Islanders. Chip was quick-witted and a brilliant storyteller. He will be missed.
