“ We are very sad to announce the passing of Michael Nicholas Mauro of Setauket, New York. He died at age 84 on May 12, 2023.

Michael passed with his best friend and wife of 60 years at his bedside on their 60th wedding anniversary day.

He was a beloved husband, dad and papa who will be greatly missed.

The funeral will be a private ceremony with only family members present.”
