Mercedes Morales, known lovingly as Sadie, passed peacefully on August 12,2021 surrounded by her loving family. Born in the quaint village of Comerio, Puerto Rico, Sadie enjoyed most of her life raising three wonderful daughters on Long Island. She proudly purchased her first home in Mastic which became the central hub of her extended family. Sadie loved hosting many holidays in which family gathered for great food, laughter and dancing. Considered one of the matriarchs of the family, her infectious laughter and kindness have left indelible memories for those who had the honor of receiving a kind word, smile or hug. She was a beloved mother to
